For 30 days, choose one thing every day you are grateful for. Ask how you can show your gratitude in a real way. Do an Act of Love. Eg: If its a friend you are grateful for, you can let them know what they mean to you in a unique and personal way If its a healthy body you are grateful for, book yourself a pampering body treat If you are grateful for your home, give it a good clean with the spirit of appreciation.
